Elinor is the founder and Managing Director of Camlin Events, drawing on over fifteen years of international experience across the arts, live events, and philanthropic collaborations. Her career has taken her from the world’s concert halls to complex global projects to deliver events that leave a lasting impression.

Inspired by a desire to contribute to causes with impact, she established Camlin Events to support organisations tackling critical global challenges, offering tailored support that balances strategic insight with meticulous attention to detail.
Her diverse portfolio includes cultural programmes, high-level summits, and distinctive gatherings designed to inform, engage, and inspire.

Alongside her work, Elinor mentors emerging professionals and serves on the boards of non-profit organisations, sharing her expertise to empower others.
Event Director
Louise is an experienced international event director who believes in the power of events to inspire change and drive meaningful action. With over 15 years’ experience across sectors and continents, she specialises in creating purposeful, high-impact experiences that bring people together around big ideas.
Louise is driven by a deep belief in making the world a better place, and in using her creativity, strategic thinking, and talent for storytelling to help organisations do just that.
From global summits to intimate gatherings, she ensures every event is thoughtful, seamless, and rooted in purpose.

Maxi is responsible for the successful execution of projects, ensuring timelines are met while providing support to the team wherever needed. He brings a wealth of experience across industries such as tech, eCommerce and tourism having worked internationally in various roles.
Maxi's diverse background has helped shape his adaptability and problem-solving skills, which he now brings to the table in pursuit of impactful work. ​

Sara is a versatile event professional with experience delivering large-scale conferences and corporate events across Europe. With hands-on experience in both agency and in-house event roles, she knows how to balance creative thinking with operational precision.
Originally from Spain, Sara brings a multicultural perspective, fluent communication skills, and an unflappable attitude to every event she leads.
